This package is for the Bride and Groom that just want to enjoy the experience!  Let NRBJ Events do the work!  NRBJ Events will provide the following services with the Platinum Wedding Package:

Pre-planning:

Provide design assistance to create the wedding of your dreams

Assist with wedding venue search 

Meetings to go over timeline and wedding details

On-site meetings at wedding venue to review floor plan and potential event setup

Develop wedding checklist and timeline

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and services and distribute final payments

Coordinate wedding rehearsal

Provide vendor recommendations, act as point on contact, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Bride and Groom

Participate in vendor meetings and calls

Provide additional support to the Bride and Groom during the pre-planning phase via phone and email

Assist with wedding invitations, programs, menus, and signage

Assist with developing seating chart

Develop wedding budget

Day Of:

Provide up to 10 hours of coordination by a team of experienced coordinators throughout the entire wedding to ensure a successful event

Coordinate with vendors to ensure contracted services are fulfilled

Assist with setup of decor and other wedding items such as place settings and favors 

Coordinate guest and wedding party arrival, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, reception, entertainment, guest and wedding party departure, and any other item on the wedding timeline

Assist Bride and Groom with departure including gathering personal items and gifts
